shallow? me?

reading the blogs of my friends have gotten me wondering if my life is as frivilous and shallow as it sounds. m writes about touching relationships forged on airplanes, rich gripes about south carolina life, jo writes about love, and abi writes about spontaneity.

and i? i write about sleep sex, gadgets and mostly bitch and moan about everything under the sun.

it's true that things have been pretty crazy for the last couple of weeks. trying to get back into the swing of things at a daily newspaper. mostly enjoying the daily work, but i'm usually so exhausted by the end of the day that crawling into bed seems the only logical thing to do. blogging seems important, except that i am so brain dead that i have nothing to say.

i love my work, but the daily grind scares me. regardless, i ask for patience while i try to organize the poignant moments of my life and put them down on paper (erm... screen?). in the meantime, just try to enjoy the fluff that i'll try to throw out on a regular basis.
