the old adage holds true here.

the incredulous smile of her face when she realized what was in the package made me forget how much it cost. the exhilaration of getting something she's had her eye on for the longest time, right there in front of her, when she least expected it, melted my heart. the fact that she came all the way down to the city to pass me something despite being busy with other work makes me love her all the more and i exult inside for being the reason that that smile is on her face.

she's estatic, i'm overjoyed.
