wanderlust

it's been over a month since i've been back at work, and just when i thought that i was back into the swing of things, i head over to the airport for an assignment, and suddenly realize that the wunderlust has taken a hold of me again. you'd think that having gone to sri lanka, the maldives, india, japan, indonesia and australia since the beginning of this year, that i'd have had my fill of travelling for the year. but sadly, that hasn't happened yet.

at least i have one more trip to look forward to before the end of the year, going back to tsunami hit areas for a one year anniversary special. i have hopes that things will be better, but from what i remember of the bureaucracy and red tape, i wouldn't be surprised if things are exactly the same as i left them.
