heh, witty and creative graffiti is not something you'd expect to find above a row of urinals in the toilet of your neighbourhood prata stall at 3am in the morning.

a fistful of frustrations

it seems like an oxymoron when one is given more responsibility, more work on their plate and more stress for less privileges.

aren't you supposed to reward the people who work hard and take on the thankless tasks while reducing the goodies heaped upon those who shun the thankless tasks and take advantage of the system to achieve their personal aims, while at the same time reducing the overall quality of the product?

yet it seems like that is exactly the way things are working these days. and it frustrates me no end.

oh, and on a separate note, just for your information of course,

when i am working against the clock to meet my deadline, have the bosses breathing down my neck, and am juggling the editing of 400 plus pictures to a managable four, while at the same time trying to connect to the internet via a crappy 3G network card that refuses to be recognized by the pc (i'd say "shitty pc", but that's a given i think), please don't come prancing around to me like you're my best friend and gush "ooh ooh, the pictures are ready! can i have a look? are they nice? can i see?" (yes this means YOU anti-christ PR woman.)

bah.

an inside joke

it's kinda ironic when the person who usually works on the roster is specifically rostered on the roster to work on the next roster.

whoosh

it's amazing. one blink and two months have flown by. chinese new year (coupled with oodles and oodles of yusheng), diminishing red packet amounts (incoming) and increasing red packet amounts (outgoing). my car's hit the 21,000 km mark in it's first year of service (already!), and my bike is now starting it's third year as my fair weather transportation workhorse.

more and more friends are getting engaged, married and pregnant, and my social group is beginning to be slowly but surely overrun with little tykes.

milestones aplenty, with many more to come.
