Huntingburg farmer Milton Miller stretches a second layer of tarp across the top of his newly constructed "Solarbarn," only the second of its kind in southern Indiana. The barn is reputed to be better for livestock during the winter months, allowing more fresh air in and yet keeping it well insulated against the cold.
